
Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order! We understand that you may wish to return a purchased item and we have made this process easy for you.
Eligibility for Return:
We give you 7 days from the date of receipt of item to make a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be in its original, unused condition, and free from any signs of wear or use.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, labels, and accompanying materials with all parts included.
• Proof of purchase, such as the order number, receipt, or email confirmation, must be provided.

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
• Diapering Accessories (including nappies, wipes and changing pads)
• Bathing and baby care products
• Undergarments
• Any feeding / drinking items (with broken seals or not sold with protective packaging)
• Teething Toys (not sold with protective packaging)
• Personalized and custom-made products
• Items on sale / promotional price
• Gift vouchers
• Any product that has a broken seal or not in the original packaging.

Refund Process
​
If you would like to make a return, please email our team at nest2flight@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs.

Once we receive a returned item we will inspect it and if the item meets our return requirements we will approve a refund.
​
We will then process the refund within 1-3 business days with further instructions.
Delivery fees are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
