Ordering & Payment

1. How can I order?
A: You can order easily using our online platform. First, you will need to create an account with us. When you find a product you n
eed, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

2. Do I have to order online?
A: Yes, we are taking online orders via our website only. We will be in a better position to manage all orders that comes in directly through our website in that way processing and delivering your order on time.  Also, you can order and have access to all the information about your order anytime.

3. Do you have the product in stock?

A: Yes, all the products which are shown on our site are available.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: If you opted for after 4 p.m weekday delivery on Mahe, or Praslin/ La Digue delivery you will receive the goods typically in 1 to 3 business days after you have placed an order. If you opted for after 12 p.m. Saturday delivery you will receive the goods on the Saturday following which your order was placed.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

A: If you want to change or cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. You can contact our team via telephone call or WhatsApp 2816196 or email nest2flight@gmail.com

6. What payment methods can I use?

A: You can make cash payment directly to us upon delivery of goods. You can also transfer the payment directly to our bank account or make a deposit. Refer to the Delivery and Payment page for details on payment methods.

Delivery & Shipment

7.  Do you do deliveries?

Yes, we do deliveries on weekdays (Monday - Friday) after 4 p.m. from Victoria Town Centre via Mont Fleuri, Plaisance, Cascade up to Pointe Larue. Deliveries will be done on the main road only. Deliveries are also done on Saturdays after 12 p.m. to other areas on Mahe.

 

8. What are the delivery charges?
A: We offer free delivery after 4 p.m. from Victoria to Pointe Larue Monday to Friday. On Saturdays we offer delivery services at a fee. Depending on the location to which the good is to be delivered there is an applicable d
elivery fee. You can see the delivery fees for Saturdays on our Delivery and Payment page.

9. Do you offer same day delivery?

A: We do not offer same day delivery as we will need to take some time to process your order.

10. Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday?

We do deliveries on Saturdays from 12:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. We do not deliver on Sundays.

11. Do you ship to other islands?

Yes, for now we are shipping goods to Praslin and La Digue via ferry services. Once we receive your order we will contact you to further discuss shipping arrangement and fees. Shipping fees will depend on the size of the item being shipped; a large item will cost more to ship than a small one. For Praslin and La Digue customers we accept direct bank transfer or deposit into our account.

12. Can I collect my order from you?
We do not have a shop but we can arrang
e to have your order delivered from our warehouse to our partner's office at Salamat House, 2nd Floor, Block B, La Poudriere Lane, Victoria. We will contact you as soon as we receive your order. Goods can be collected on weekdays between 12pm and 1pm.

13. How do I contact you?

14. Can I return a product?
